My son brought home an old surfboard and that name is on the board and like a wave/ sun logo on it and we don’t know much about it and we would like to know if that company is still in business and we are in Virginia and have never been to California. Can you please help us. 4 Comments »Patrick Ebinger, on April 1, 2008 @ 9:46 am |Style Eyes of California is alive and well. You can contact us at www.styleeyes.com. The majority of our line is priced from $20.00 - $30.00 retail. Same great quality, just a friendlier price. Richard, on April 2, 2008 @ 12:41 pm |Hey there, i had the same thing. Style eyes of california were operational in the eighties. I used to buy their sunglasses all the time. They had very strong frames, and offered great prtectiion. I used to buy them from surf shops (imported) in cornwall england.
I tried finding them again acouple of years ago, and had no luck. The brand ’style eyes’ seems like it is now owned by a cheaper end company available of the rack in city sports stores for around thirty dollars. The glasses are now pretty ordinary looking and typical of that price range.
If you do find the originals and they are still operational, I would love to know as their glasses used to really rock.
